Our hats are handmade; usually takes 48-72 hours before finishing touches are completed and shipped. Special orders may take longer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

--Refund will be issued within 15 days of purchase; buyer pays return shipping after being issued a RMA number. Item or items must be in original packaging and condition. A refund will be issued on the purchase price. A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns. No returns on Custom orders.
